Tandav is a political drama based Series. The story takes place in the capital city of India, Delhi. As we know it is said to be the world’s largest Capital and has the largest democracy. Then again inside the city there are a lot of things going on for power in Indian Politics. The main aim of the series is to focus on the Power politics in the City.
It is also noted that most of the scenes are shot at Pataudi Palace.

Controversies regarding Tandav.
As soon as the series was released. The government filed FIR against the director, Ali Abbas Zafar. The reason for this is that he kept the rule of BJP in mind when he was directing the film and that hurt the sentiments of the party and the hindus. Moreover, It was being stated that such kind of movies can bring disturbances between religions.
