Netflix is increasing its content in their library for Indian shows. Moreover, there is also ‘Mismatched’ to talk about. The show is based on the young adult novel called ‘ When Dimple Met Rishi’. It is written by Sandhya Menon . She is an Indian American author of New York time bestsellers. The show ‘ Mismatched’ was first aired on 20th November on Netflix.
STORY OF MISMATCHED
The show revolves around two people who are mismatched for each other in any way. Also, it is set in a fictional institute called Aravali Institute of Technology. The female protagonist, Dimple, is a tech wizard. And male protagonist, Rishi, has been interested in Dimple ever since he saw her in a matrimonial site. So, all the characters attend a summer coding course which costs 1.4 INR. The show explores the theme of teen drama and LGBTQ.

Prajakta Koli is the main lead of the show. She is a youtuber turned actress. She is known by her youtube channel ‘MostlySane’ which focuses on funny daily life sitations.
