Moreover they are never dark. Now Zee5 is bringing up a series called Black Widows and it is dark themed. The story is based on a Swedish Series with the same name.
Story of black widows.
In the show the 3 best friends Mira, Jayanti and Kavita are desperate to free themselves from their husbands. Moreover, they are abused by their spouses. As a result, the three lady decide to murder them. The ladies feel that murder is better than divorce.Â
So the three best friends arrange a party and put a bomb in a boat in which the three husbands are partying. Now the videos are free but they are a turn of events in front of them. Police start investigating the reason behind the bomb blast in a boat. Police find only Two bodies out of three. The third husband escapes the board and he is alive and he returns for revenge. The 3 best friends also face a problem when a business partner of a husband torments them for his bag of money which he lost.
This disaster event takes place where misunderstanding between the best friend is related to the friend seeking for their own safety.

The three best friends are played by Mona Singh, Swastika Mukherjee and Samita Shetty. Mona Singh is known for the host of Femina Miss India and from the movie 3 Idiot and her debut film Jaisi Jaisi Koi Nahin Hai.
Swastika Mukherjee is known for her Bengali TV serial Devadasi and her recent film Is Dil Bechara
Shamita Shetty is an actor and she is also an Interior Designer. She made her debut with Mohabbatein.She also starred in reality shows like Jhalak Dikhla Jaa and Khatron Ke Khiladi.
Sharad Kelkar acted in Hindi films Marathi and Telugu films. He is known for his roles in Lakshmi family man and he also gave voice over for Bahubali.
