He was chosen by the Chicago Bears in the tenth round of the 1990 NFL Draught and played for the Bears and Dolphins, where he displayed his skills.

Price played three seasons in the early 1990s, finishing just outside the Top 100 on the Order of Merit in 1994 and 1995.
