Sony entertainment is set to bring a new show this new year. As we all know, the new year is the beginning of a new lifestyle. People usually wait for new shows this new year. So, Sony is bringing a new show called ‘Punyashlok Ahilyabai’ this time.
PLOT
The story is set in 18th century Maharastra. It is a story about a girl named Ahilyabai. Moreover, Then she becomes the queen of malwa after the death of her husband. She is a noble woman after marriage. And She proved to the masses that being a noble is not earned by birth, but by doing good deeds. She was educated by her father, Mankoji Rao Shinde, during the times where women are considered taboo in the society. Ahilyabai is also known as the ‘Philosopher Queen’.

The main character of Ahilyabai is being portrayed by Aditi Jatlare. Moreover, she is a child actor and is known by her previous show called Sindhu.
And the main lead Malhar Rao Holkar is being portrayed by Rajesh Shringarpur in Punyashlok Ahilyabai. For instance, he is best known for his negative role in sarkar raj and also by the tv show called Chandragupta Maurya as Nicator.
