In June of the 2019 season, he scored 8453 and won the Decastar meeting in Talence, France. This score passed him for the World Championships which were to be held in Doha, Qatar. In July, LePage won a bronze medal at the Pan Am games. He obtained a fifth-place with a score of 8445 in his first World Championships. LePage then moved on to win third in the IAAF Combined Events Challenge with teammate Warner arriving first.

LePage has passed the requirements to compete at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
