Jesse McFadden’s Early Life
On August 24, 1983, McFadden was born. McFadden was imprisoned in his early 20s after being convicted of first-degree rape in McAlester, Oklahoma. He was imprisoned for approximately 20 years before being released in October 2020, according to the Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry.
He was scheduled to appear in Muskogee County District Court on Monday for a jury trial on one count of soliciting sexual behavior with a juvenile via the use of technology and one count of possessing child pornography, according to court documents. After failing to appear in court, a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
He was accused of having a cell phone while incarcerated at the Jess Dunn Correctional Centre in Taft in July 2016. McFadden was accused of communicating with a 16-year-old girl in Muskogee by phone. He was known to law enforcement as a dangerous and violent individual. In 2020, McFadden was arrested and charged with the murders of 13-year-old Kloee Toliver and 16-year-old Chloey L. Robertson, who had been reported missing in 2019. During the investigation, police found the bodies of McFadden and seven other individuals on a property in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. It is believed that McFadden may have been involved in the deaths of some or all of these individuals.
McFadden was ultimately found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Toliver and Robertson. He was sentenced to death for his crimes. The case received widespread media attention in Oklahoma and beyond, as it highlighted the dangers of sexual predators and the importance of keeping communities safe from those who pose a threat to society.
