Ivon had beaten the 4-year-old girl, Athena Brownfield on Christmas day. He has beaten him so much that she became unresponsive and then again, Ivon punched her chest, 3 times after which, Athena never responded. Then at around 1 a.m. on 16th December, Ivon left the home with Athena’s body and he buried the body at their old home in the Rush Spring area near a fence line and covered the burial site with a large and heavy tree branch. He then left the 5 years old girl, outside the home.
