The famous Rugby Legend Toutai Kefu was was born on April 8. 1974 in Tonga, Oceania which is located in the South Pacific Ocean, Just 2000 miles east of Brisbane, Australia. There is not much information available about his parents but he has a younger  brother named Mafileo Kefu, who is also a Rugby Union player who has played for French Rugby teams. Toutai has a wife named Rachel and they have 2 children, a son and a daughter. He is currently living in Cooparoo in Brisbane, Australia.

Toutai Kefu is a very famous Rugby player. Because of his promising career in Rugby, he is an inspiration to many young rugby players and came to known as  ‘Australian Rugby Legend”. He had initially played for the Australian National Team known as “The Wallabies” and after than he became the head coach of the Tongan National Team. He has also coached the Tongan National Team as a caretaker in 2012.

Also, he is the head coach of the Australian Queensland Country for the National Rugby Championship. He had also been an assistant coach at Lona College.   He was number 8 in the Australian National Team. He was also a player of the Barbarians National Team in 2006.

As a coach he has imparted talent and guidance to the young rugby players of the following teams:

Toutai Kefu was the winner of the Rugby World Cup / Webb Ellis Cup in 1999. He was the Winner of the Tri Nations Series in 2000 and 2001 and runner-up of the same in 1998,1999,20002 and 2003. He was the winner of the Bledisloe Cup in 1998,1999,2000,2001,2002. He also brought laurels for his team in the Mandela Challenge Plate, Tom Richards Cup and Puma Trophy in 2000, 2001 and 2002 respectively.

Toutai Kefu won the Trophee des Bicentenaires in 1998, 2000,2002; Cook Cup in 2002 and the Hopetoun Cup in June 1998, Nov 1998, 1999.
