Thomas Kevin Curran (born March 12, 1995) is an English cricketer who plays in Tests, One Day Internationals, and Twenty20 Internationals. In English domestic cricket, he plays for Surrey County Cricket Club. Tom Curran bats right-handed and bowls right-arm fast-medium. In June 2017, he made his England international debut. He is the son of former Zimbabwe cricketer Kevin Curran, as well as the brother of Northamptonshire CCC batsman Ben Curran and England and Surrey all-rounder Sam Curran.

Curran was named Cricket Writers’ Club Young Cricketer of the Year in 2015 for his efforts. He was a member of England’s squad that won the 2019 Cricket World Cup, albeit he did not appear in any matches.

Curran was a member of the KwaZulu-Natal Inland under-15, under-17, and under-19 teams.  After former Surrey captain Ian Greig noticed him playing school cricket, he was requested to play for the Surrey second XI in 2012, and was transferred to Wellington College in September of that year.

In August 2013, he made his senior debut for Surrey against Essex in a List A match, and in April 2014, he made his First Class debut against Cambridge University. He was picked to the Cape Town Knight Riders team for the inaugural season of the T20 Global League in August 2017.  However, Cricket South Africa first postponed the competition to November 2018, but it was shortly scrapped.

Curran took a hat-trick against Glamorgan in the 2019 t20 Blast on July 25, 2019, ending with stats of three wickets for three runs from two overs bowled.

Curran was appointed to the Tshwane Spartans roster for the 2019 Mzansi Super League campaign in September 2019.

Curran was appointed to England’s Test team in November 2017 as a replacement for Steven Finn for the Ashes series in Australia.
Curran was picked as a substitute for the injured Craig Overton prior to the fourth Test, which began on Boxing Day at the MCG.
