Career

Sandeep has completed his graduation with a degree of B. Tech in Chemical Engineering  from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. After that he pursued PGDBM  Diploma in Marketing and Finance from XLRI, Jamshedpur .After completing his post graduation he started working in small companies until he gained a contract in Hindustan Unilever Ltd. in 1993 as a marketing manager. While working in Hindustan Unilever Ltd. he joined Kimberly-Clark Lever Pvt. Ltd. in 1994 as a brand manager and worked for them for a period of 2 years .Later on, he was promoted to the post of Global Category Marketing Director at Unilever in July, 2005 for his 12 years of dedicated service .After that he started managing the post of Global Brand Diector, Comfort in 2007.

In 2010,Sandeep left the organization and joined Yum restaurant as a Chief Marketing Officer(CMO).In 2013, he got an oppurtunity to work as a general manager for Pizza Hut in UK & Ireland. After that he became the Director Commercial and Chief Commercial at Vodafone Ltd. in July 2015. He worked for a period of 2 years till August 2017.In 2017 he then became the  CEO of Bata India. Due to his startegies Bata India earned huge profits during the fiscal year 2018-2019 and hence on November 30,2020 he was promoted towards the Global CEO of Bata.
