Indore’s chief medical and health officer (CMHO), Dr Praveen Jadia, said that the victim, who was a general physician, breathed his last at a private hospital in the morning.
“It appears that he had come in contact with a coronavirus patient during treatment. We are trying to trace the source of infection,” he said.
Dr. Shatrughn was known for his affable nature. He was a soft spoken person and was gifted with strong diagnostic senses. In majority of cases, he didn’t need any sort of diagnostic test to understand the nature of disease.
Dr. Shatrughan was living in Rupram Nagar, Indore with his family members. Dr. Shatrughan was working with Aurobindo Hospital in Indore. He was also running a private practice. It is possible that he had gotten infected at the hospital.
